I am an artist from Cusco, Peru, whose practice is deeply rooted in the experience of walking through the Andes. Walking places me in a different temporality, where I can trace new cartographies, and my body is affected by the rhythms, cycles, silences, and harshness of the mountains. My work engages in a dialogue with the landscape, reconciling the internal with the external. Interested in Andean culture, its connections with the environment, and relational animism, my multidisciplinary approach encompasses drawing, sculpture, installation, site-specific interventions, photography, animation, and film.

Through a research-based artistic practice, I seek to highlight certain collective experiences in a time of climate crisis and profound sociocultural changes. My goal is to generate dialogues that invite us to perceive the non-human from a more sensitive and humble perspective, questioning what kind of marks we leave on the territory.
